SchoolSparrow Partner Program

After you sign up as a Partner Agent, you will be prompted to enter your Agent Details. A landing page, customized with your details, will be immediately generated at https://schoolsparrow.com/agents/your-name. This page can be used by you or your clients to do quick school based real estate searches.

After you have signed up, we will contact you to schedule your SchoolSparrow training session.

When your training is complete, we will email you your SchoolSparrow Certified logo that you can use as you please in your marketing materials, for example:

1. Listing Presentations: SchoolSparrow elevates 'out-performing' schools that rank low on other sites, but very high on our equitable rating system. This differentiation could tip the balance in your favor, after all, sometimes selling the home means selling the school.
2. Email Marketing: Your school certification will keep your name top of mind when your contacts run into a family looking for a school and a realtor.
3. Validation: Link your logo to your agent profile on SchoolSparrow, or to our blog post featuring you: it won't be only you claiming you are great agent for parents who are conducting a school/home search, the fact that you are one of 5 agents in the market who represent the SchoolSparrow brand will drive the point home with your prospects.
4. Optional Advertising: Advertise your landing page on google to capture leads who care about schools.

When you enter your agent details, you will be asked for your MLS id so that your active listings can be featured on both the home page and within the school page for all assigned schools. Don't forget to mention this added benefit in your listing appointments.

It's not easy for an agent to do a proper Search by School Boundary.

1. School Field search in the MLS is inaccurate--not all agents enter the School, or it is entered incorrectly.
2. Drawing School boundaries is time consuming.
3. Some boundaries require 2 or 3 polygons, some cannot be drawn at all.
4. Maximum 2 or 3 schools per search.
5. Boundaries can change annually, especially in Chicago.

We geocode and assign every listing to schools ourselves, we have created a super easy multiple school boundary search, and we have created auto-notify, exclusively for the use of agents, that will notify your clients daily with new or updated listings. Boundaries are updated annually during the summer when attendance boundaries changed.
